I've been a player on rust factions for several years now and I will still be around there for some time. I've got more I want to share but for now I shall leave it at this. Oh also here's an old video from an early part of the development of the map that loops.

The terrain was created in world creator and went through many versions. World creator is a fantastic tool similar to world machine. I've included a image of the raw heightmap model and the image of the map in rust. (Note the first image is of an earlier version)
