I’m looking some gorgonops and I gotta say, most of the design takes really feel like they took the skeleton too literally. Everything feels shrink wrapped.

I notice some artists draw Kris’s cape with those blues stripes. I personally always read them as shading in the folds, or a reflective sheen because they’re not consistent. But I can see stripes too.

It's funny, the main issue with 2015 Alvin designs is mostly just due to them not translating well to 3D. The actual concept art is pretty good.
