As exile from Rebe itself is the most common form of punishment for violent crime, the popular opinion of Rebans is not positive. In Axux especially, Reban exiles are seen as lower class.
The aquatic Rebans are a slight anomaly in the Selphi system, as a result of an abundance of resources and the natural protection of a sub-ocean society, the Rebans have incredible military potential, yet have never participated in a war.

Raen and Axuxans are sister races that grew culturally distant after the empire split in two, half staying on Ranken, and the other colonizing another planet, eventually becoming Axux.
While they are trade partners at the time of this map (early 4E), war is on the horizon.
