How do you guys feel about the Saiyans being the only race in Dragon Ball that has a ritual that allows for a member to achieve Divine power. Why are they as far as we know the only mortal race that can do that, does it make them more special?

I'm really tired of the misconception that the chemicals turned Joker insane. If you read Killing Joke its clear that the chemicals only disfigured his face and that's what made him snap along with all the other bad things that happened to him that day.
