Nader brought Roy a lot of joy when he evolved due to being the biggest in his team, as a youngling he loved to climb on his back. He still does occasionally tbh. Nader is more than fine with that ofc. He is strong and imposing like a king, but as gentle as his trainer.

Haar is a very relaxed Kommo-o, caught as a Jangmo-o and quite the trouble to evolve for being a lil lazy- But he makes up for it with his strength. He became more dilligent with training after a while and is very fierce during battles.

And since Mary’s Feraligatr, Wataru, was a pokemon he liked a lot as a baby, Druddigon’s colors reminded Roy of that, also bc due to Rexion’s love for headbutting things gave him some head scars and cracked scales, kinda like Wataru, who got them because of his bitey moveset :3c

Rexion is one of Roy’s earliest catches, it was impressive to him how Druddigons are big from the start, and even if they don’t evolve, he thinks they’re the coolest with their spikes and all. +

To add some extra info about Roy
Yes he is just a lil shorter than Raihan as an adult so he is also tall af
He wears the bandana to look more fierce bc of his big ol’ friendly eyes (here’s a ref without it too)
