Here's a little of my art process using Qrow's scene as an example. First I draw composition sketches. Next I paint the underpainting atop it (a base color but for mood & atmosphere). And finally I paint in more details like you see in the latest wip with sketch for reference. 🌸

For those who were curious, when I say #RWBY nature scene, I mean just that. A HUGE scene. The finished paintings will look just like these, except all RWBY characters, with each character having their own giant thematic scene to themselves. ✨🌷
