And while the Hit fight may lack the pure meathead SSBKK scene, it’s still very good and jokes aside I actually think this version is amazing

-a focus on Goku’s battle smarts & his influence on others
-cool choreography

Different adaptation, yet great

Character interactions are enjoyable, Toyo’s art and paneling are MUCH better, and it seems like he had a lot of fun writing this one because it focused on all the right things

Every interaction is enjoyable even if some are just the same as the anime

I’ve completely abandoned the reread thread but I finished the U6 arc

I cant say for certain but I think I still like this version better than the anime. Although the anime had that raw goat kino SSBKK scene so it’s tough to decide
