Actually here's an update version cuz I forgot the fin.. whoops lol

I started drawing digitally and here is my first drawing! It's a concept for a water type dolphin starter pokemon! @SylveonsRibbons gave me the idea so giving credit where it's due. Would appreciate any criticism or what I should change! (Also the blue color is a little wanky ik)
