Day 31!

Finally, I have Yamato together with his beloved Ace. This one was tricky because Yamato is 8 feet tall and I needed to make sure Ace looked like an adult despite the size difference. Octobeni and Makimarch also ended with a couple's piece, so I thought it was fitting!

Day 29!

Today's Yamato had him in a suit, with an alternate version based off the recent SAKAMOTO DAYS Shonen Jump cover, which in turn seemed to be inspired by Reservoir Dogs. I should probably watch that movie sometime.

Day 28!

Senku from Dr. Stone has weird, leek-like hair, which I always thought funnily mirrored Yamato's hair. The little potato experiment they're doing was inspired by GLaDOS from Portal 2

Day 27!

Today's Yamato had him brandishing the Yamato from Devil May Cry. I was debating whether to draw him as DMC3 or DMC5 Vergil, but I think 5's outfit is much cooler, though 3 is still great.

Day 25!

This one was a suggestion of my wife who told me to draw Yamato saying "Stand back, Im gonna Morb!"

Morbius is not a good movie but the memes always make me laugh. I don't mind how overplayed the joke has become, its still funny to imagine a film selling a trillion tix

Day 22!

This suggestion came from a friend who asked me to draw Yamato dressed as Queen, doing the Queen dance. Overalls are very cute!

Day 21!

To make up for the blunder from a few days prior, I drew Yamato as Page One today. I really need to reread Wano...
