Basically Z's weapons randomly turns into one of 20 options, and while the emperor's ability is hard to explain, it has to do with optional future events, and thus- (1/2)

Felix = Super luck, really hard for the other main characters to deal with

Rouge = Can see the future / fate, and thus essentially nullify any beneficial event of Felix, and basically his power

It's also eventually very thematic storywise~
