Also on a request, here's how I draw slime and stuff~

1. Colour
2. Bit darker colour to "thicker" areas, mostly centers
3. Bubbles with star/freckle brush
4. Cell shading
5. Turn the shade layer opaque
6. Sorta hasty (Strong) white lines for the glow
