Should I draw more Minecraft mobs in my simple style in order to develop it further and focus a bit on characteristic studies?

I'm Samuel and I really, really, REALLY like the Gore Brush on Paint Tool SAI! (I need to get better at lighting and shading.)
(Also I do try talking to and drawing things for other artists online but it rarely ever works out.)

I told @PaintyPaints a few weeks ago that I would draw something with Samantha but halfway though it I decided to add Nana in as well so... here's them both!
