My latest piece for the #100PioneeringSussexWomen @BrightonMuseums, a blog inspired by Anita Corbin's @FirstWomenUK project. This one is about the philanthropist Margaret Marriott, who built the Percy almshouses in Brighton. Portrait by Angelica Kauffman.

My colour wheels and colour blots from Turner's age have made it to @TCMargate 's 'Turner: Adventures in Colour' exhibition. Opens Saturday.
