The naming of Wonder Boy/Monster World games is a complete mess regardless of region, but "Wonder Boy V: Monster World III" is an especially ludicrous title.

Hell, Decathlete is even older, but I'd argue that game's models are better designed and have more personality to them than the ones in the Tokyo Olympics game.
As one of the prettiest games Sega has ever made, Astal would be an excellent candidate for either a remaster or remake. I doubt it would go unnoticed if released today.
There's also Snatcher, but don't waste your time with the Saturn/PS1 version. It's better on Sega CD.
You can think of Racing Hero as a successor to Super Hang-On. Although it's not made by AM2, it's pretty obvious that was the intent. Compare the riders...
Since Rad Mobile was announced for the AC Mini, let me bring some attention to couple other fun but lesser-known Sega racing games that might be good candidates for rerelease since they presumably lack any sort of licensing issues.
Plus the model on the page is definitely some homage to Segata Sanshiro. His belt is monogrammed with the word "せがれ" (Segare) which isn't too far off from "せがた" (Segata).
