Shenhe (神鹤) is a character whose model was datamined during Closed Beta Test. The second character of her name translates to "crane," leading some to theorize she's Cloud Retainer.

Though he claimed Itto was slated for 2.4, now says it's "not impossible" for him to be pushed up for 2.3.
