Summer is coming so here’s the ingredients you’ll need for Lithuanian cold beet soup:
Beets, spring onions, hard boiled eggs, cucumber, buttermilk, natural yoghurt, fresh dill, salt. Serve chilled with hot boiled potatoes on the side.
