Discussions from our latest batch of Qrt Drawings were awesome!!! Our theme was “Risk” and wow did they get out of their comfort zones! Here’s Part 1 of examples from Margaret Marando, Ness Goble, Emily Yu and Ayla Wachowski.

“Figures with Foreshortening” was the assignment for our Friday Drawings last week... Meg T, Delaney F, Andrea N-D & Gabi G totally killed it!!! Check out the detail and textures they were able to achieve using only ball point pens!

Last Exam today for AP Art! Scioto Strength Coach/Health/Phys Ed Teacher, Arby Jones served as our model. Love the variety of results reflected in these drawings by Tahlia Allen, Emma Ferguson, Nova Beisner and Mariam Saad! Looking forward to 2019 with @SciotoApArt!

I think it’s so cool when students incorporate Historical events to build insightful artworks! @SciotoApArt Sr Tahlia Allen uses the Roaring 20’s as her inspiration for the beautiful Painting! Can you see the reckless excess and the foreshadowed crash? Beautiful Job Tahlia!!!
