As it turns out, they were amongst my most popular paintings I had made. I followed it up a year later with Franchise Too, and I realized that these places hold a special place in our hearts. They remind us of our childhoods. They remind us of home. Those are powerful things.
Whataburger, and in Canada there's Tim Horton's, and the list goes on and on. All of them have distinctive and colorful logos, weird and unique architecture, and instantly recognizable signage.
