These people are the equivalent of a bare minimum character editor in a video game. They can't create their own model, they can only make superficial costume changes to a ready-made creation.
Not sure how age means anything here when these are adults who freak out unless all cartoons conform to their warped worldview. They never accept that some things aren't made for them, because they co-opt everything that isn't.
They're fictional characters at an onsen, good job choosing a scene in anime where not wearing clothes makes sense.
They call anime and video game censorship a myth while it happens right in front of your eyes.
This art style looks like one of those awful Westernized "how to draw anime" books.
By woke standards I've become a black character now, so I'll be stepping down from the role of myself to make way for a more fitting black voice actor to take my place.
Not only is this stupid because the whole point of acting is pretending to be someone you're not, but given the character's origin story they've once again misidentified a tan.
