Picking up after the events of Extreme Carnage: Scream & Phage, Andi Benton finds herself mortally wounded from Phage's assault on the Alchamax building. Flash Thompson rushes her to the lab of Dr. Steven, who had attempted to resurrect the Scream Symbiote.
In order to expel the Carnage corruption from her body, Andi unleashes the full power of her Hell-Mark. Whilst this frees Andi from Carnage's control, tragically this also kills the Scream Symbiote - leaving Andi alone and in anguish at killing her “other.”
Playing upon Scream’s desperation for a family, Carnage turns Scream to his side - forcing Andi to fight back. Unleashing the power of her Hell-Mark, Andi berates Scream for betraying her- with Carnage spurring Scream on to kill Andi the two come to blows.
Desperate to discover the cause of her Symbiote's trauma, Andi is inadvertently drawn into the darkest recesses of her mind. Met by Carnage, he unveils that he plans to create a new hive and wants Scream to join.
@claymcleod and Mooneyham reunite with Extreme Carnage: Scream! Andi and Scream are looking for the whereabouts of Demagoblin but things take a dark turn when a hidden signal sends Scream into a frenzy.
