The names have padding on the left and right so that if you paste them in the X,Y coordinates according to the left or right corners, they'll always be in the right place.

BTW: Storm's MSH portrait has extra palettes in the Image Generators that match the game palettes, so matching the numbers will get you the right combination. Hope that makes it easier!
