Guh huh!

An old study I did where I experimented with how the "tan" parts of Banjo's fur could be translated to a stylized x realism art direction. With all of the recent E3 stuff going around, it had me thinking, Smash Bros might do something similar (if the duo is in of course)?

Finished up the body refinement + blockout before dynameshing. Should work better on the rig it's going over now 👍

Another old painting/fanart to show for #MAR10Day ; played around with the concept of a Super Mario Sunshine and Splatoon crossover. I never illustrated the game mode idea, but it was for a "take down the leader" kind of mode. Mario would be one of the "leaders". Nerdy stuff :B
