Guess you can say that I'm tipsy musing. I honestly forgot the artist on this since this was from 2008, but I want to say this was Takusi @ DeviantArt.

This was Reize's Mystic Art/Hi-Ougi. Also, this was his old design before Jakuu redesigned him to what he looks like today.

For a turn-based RPG setting, Reize would have had a support skill called 'Inspire', offering temporary stat increase. Bag of Tricks would had been a cool randomized status effect on an enemy since he never keeps his inventory organized.

Little known fact: Reize has hydrophobia as he cannot swim. In fact, when someone tried to teach him and he was once confident enough to try, he failed (thanks '2' on a 1d20). He is also prone to getting seasick.
