Magi, once a famous act tress, she was experimented on by the GPM. Large black wings were grafted to her spine. She is second in command of VN's Black opts. Her girlfriend is Meg/Megiddo.

The head of Viral Nation's black opts unit went by many names before I settled on one. Whisper, Shadow, Echo, Silhouette, ect. Silence is loosely based on Maes Hughes and would have acted like David's friend and retainer while searching Transylvania for Max.
