So my first #inktober submission for Day 1. Poisonous. Ivysaur cause fave babe. Planning on combining it with day 2s Tranquil by adding in a background tomorrow.

Final edit done! I decided on the name Cobalt, to help go along with that, I swapped a lot of the teal in his colors to go the brighter blue. Also added in a watery background cuz shark boy. 😄
