You can see how even when you use all of the heavier armor options, changing between heavy (left) and light (right) changes the look. And yes, you can be naked~

It appears as though their armor visuals are all baked into their model? At least at this point they are, and honestly I'm not mad about it. We don't need more tauren helmet shenanigans.
