Messing w/ the skin color too but I'm not too sure...

His skin is supposed to look... Hmm... Like.... colorless? Basically he doesn't get any sun almost at all, so his skin looks pale? But he's not white? So I'm not too sure how to color it and get that across :c Fish needs sun;
