This has been a complete rebuild of the Pirate mechanic and we appreciate your patience.

Shattered EON as a concept is full of risk and reward. That being said, even the bravest of Colonists fall victim to the Ai-Lax pirates scouring the orbit of Pytheas.

New Colonists arriving run the chance of being taken hostage (10%) by these ruthless marauders.

Now is the new Gold Rush. Colonist clans, denizens of vast scattered outposts, race across space to lay claim. Each taking what little they have in this world and risking it all on the new hope of a better, more prosperous life.
