Okay, i'll give one unexpected positive about my old job. It taught me software dev process.

New job PO: "Alright, here's an easy story so you can learn our tools. Should keep you busy through Wed."

Me: *<20mins later* Okay it's done, built, tested, and out for review

PO:

So many tasks, bookkeeping, and deadlines to keep track of as part of moving, moving into a new apartment, starting a new job, taxes, and other stuff happing around the same time. Stessful to keep track of everything and stay on top of it
