Update on the game:
- 5 finished stages.
- 6th stage done, but no enemies.
- 6th boss programmed and ready.
- All enemy assets for the 6th stage are done
No matter how I love linearts, at some point, I need to stop putting too much effort into them, simply because this background is planned to be painted, which means, all those linearts gonna be deleted in the final piece (T_T)
Just taking a brake from all sci-fi related art in #wings_of_bluestar, I decided to make a cover for one of my other stories.
Made a small change that may have a lot of impact on the +6th boss fight. Now, you no longer can hide on those left corners :) just git gud!!

6th boss has 6 attack phases. Do you like them to be random or in a certain repeated order?
Keep in mind that the boss behavior will stay the same if it comes from a certain spot, so, the only random thing is the re-spawn locations.
While it is safe to hide during some phases, there are no safe spots during other ones.

Work on attacks for the 6th boss started yesterday. I'm making my life harder by going for bosses with multiple phases. This bad boy has 6 phases. I'm still figuring out interesting bullet patterns.
