In contrast to my previous piece, the design of Lucario was a bit too busy for me. Perhaps at this point in time human-like characters were still difficult for me.
I was quite please by this when I first finished it, but looking back I find the shading to be very lifeless. Perhaps I was pleased by having drawn two subjects in one piece.
Another charcoal piece. It was not my intention for Sentret to look so sinister.
A rare traditional piece. This Flygon was made in charcoal. I like the darker values this medium gives compared to pencil, but it's also a bit messier.
Day number 3, good lord. Here's a lighly painted Goodra. Perhaps my favourite gen 6 Pokemon. I like the way the green stands out against the whites.
Last on for tonight, and something more recent. I contributed Acheron for the FE Compendium. I think this was around the time I was getting tired of this style, so I'm not too terribly pleased with it.
A rare attempt at scenery by me. I'm fond of grey, foggy, overcast weather. The light in the background seems more like a fire than a sunset.
Whimscott is one of my favourite Pokemon. I enjoy the soft shading in this piece, and the way I worked in a little bit of pink into the fluff. One of my better old pieces in my eyes.
