A magical portrait for @QuibbsPoreil! - Starting off the new year by working on illustrations with structure! I am making sure to put more time into my work BUT not expecting to finish them on the same day. It's a refreshing feeling to take my time and enjoy the process!

It's been a long time since I last used my Intuos Pro. It took a lot of trial and error to figure out comfortable settings that felt similar to working on an iPad. I really love that you can set shortcut keys on specific brushes! #CLIPSTUDIOPAINT

Little painting doodles I made today using new brushes in Procreate! I love the texture it has and it was a lot of fun to paint with color :D It reminds me a bit of painting with soft acrylics.

One year and 3 months apart. The left pfp was when I started using color. I was so proud of it, and I still am. But one thing I struggled was finding a way to paint that felt good to me, that felt like rendering. I'm still not where I want to be yet, but I will accept where I am.

I am really starting to get a feel for painting with color! For the longest time, I always used a grayscale base and then added colors over top. I could never get the results I wanted so I would end up very frustrated. It's also a lot more fun to paint straight on with colors!
