One of the first character concepts I did for the ON THIN ICE comic was for Victor. A brilliant engineer who is easily perturbed. He is originally from Julesvale, but now calls the Hyperborean his home.

Same Dinock, new look! Whenever I'm reworking a characters visuals, I believe Its important to build on what is already there. One of Dinock best features is how dang cute he was and I was sure to keep that intact. ( @RivalsOfAether workshop)
