She started calling him 'The Prince' because the curse he had was of such a caliber that it was the type typically used to get rid of royalty and important figures. She originally discovered him in this pitiful form.

I finally came up with a name for 'The Prince', 王子 /Wángzǐ.
He's a cursed demon Iko picked up one day. She wasn't able to fully break the curse so he cannot speak, remember his past/ who he is, or use his true powers. He's slowly relearning about the world...maybe?
