Late to the party but I just figured it out,

So when they break out Eddie, he inexplicably has super strength without a symbiote, and that becomes a hook that is immediately forgotten.

But the line from the "doctor," though. I sounds like something from a fan wiki.

Color mistake almost gives Eddie those Tom Hardy lips.

Also, every drawing in this series of a flailing Eddie amuses me.

Anyway, after Eddie's tantrum the five cash-in symbiotes nobody remembers (except Riot from the movie, I guess) show up to break him out.

These characters didn't work out and disappeared for decades.

The shame of his cringey edgelord past gives naked Eddie the shonen strength and will to finally try to break out of the science lab.

...Sure.

The drawings here are good, I'll say.
