God I am so horribly painfully close to finishing this godforsaken drawing but there's 1 thing I want to do before and I can't figure it out

Re-did the 'good' sleeves, think they look a lot more streamlined now. I don't even have a clear image of what material I want the light gray thing on her torso/flaps coming from her hips to look like but generic reflective oily gloss it is then
