It's super easy to fall into an avoidance pattern when the choice is between the dark abyss that is job applications and something much more simple, like household chores.

I think the jetlag is finally gone for good. Time to get into the groove of art and stuff now that the house buying & selling process is done 💪

We just had a wonderful #DnD session where D&D and Monster Hunter World met. Basically D&D with hunting monsters with weak spots and special maneuvers, complete with using environment and buff food made by a muscular tabaxi chef.

I did draw a little Mordecai 😁 I think back before he turned full on Fallen, he had a little halo going as a sign of his celestial heritage.

Solandis the winter fey wizard is happy with a glass of wine and as far as possible from the tower of the King of the Wild Hunt.

I've gone from being scared shitless of Anjanath, then Rathalos, then Radobaan, then jumped all the way to the elder dragons, and now I'm solidly terrified of the Angry Pickle.

In other words, I'm making my way up in Monster Hunter World!

So today I finally caved in and bought Monster Hunter World.

It is GLORIOUS.

I expected to get my ass handed to me spectacularly but I'm learning the Switch Axe quite well!

Mordy discovered that Ramus is a Changeling, of all things.

These two are still figuring each other out. Think it doesn't help that Mordecai casually lies through his teeth about half the time.

The other half he is brutally honest.

What a wonderful, whacky, intimate and adrenaline-inducing session of D&D!
