#tbt to illustrations I made using coffee as my medium, of tiny little stories about Woodstock, Cape Town. It was a promo gift for a Woodstock-based agency, called #Espresso - the illustration would be printed inside a coffee cup, to mimick a coffee reading & its revealed story.

#tbt to one of my favourite book cover projects & to the dozens of tiny watercolour portraits I painted for the 'Queer Africa: New & collected fiction' (2013) book cover.

We added a flap to the book cover to give the maximum amount of passport-sized portraits a chance to shine!

'As jy met vuur speel' (If you play with fire) is a cautionary tale about the dangers of playing with fire & a peek into a little girl’s imaginary world.
