@vom_marlowe @azeemnizam @lefttheprairie @KillerMartinis Watching people say "I understand poor people's struggles, but I'd rather risk letting them die" as a disabled Medicaid patient is infuriating. I imagine some of these callous assholes' attitudes would change if they ever found themselves in dire need of help themselves.
"It doesn't matter if S!a cast a neurotypical actress in a movie about an autistic woman! Who cares what the real autistic community thinks? Screw authenticity! Just shut up & let our beloved queen fulfill her artistic vision so she can gain profit & clout! 🤡"
-- S!a stans 😒
At the risk of sounding paranoid, I wish my elderly neighbor w/ COPD would quit asking my partner to carry groceries into her home 😬 We usually don't mind helping her, but she seems unconcerned about COVID & takes no apparent precautions. Just wary since I have COPD as well 😦
Spent half of last night trapped in a lucid nightmare -- much darker than the on on Elm Street. It was so traumatic that I started screaming for Ducksu to wake me up from inside in the dream, which translated to me flailing my head & groaning in real life 😨 Glad Ducksu noticed.
Blew a gasket today.
All I can say is thank God for Ducksu, benzodiazepines, & video games.
I decided to order a brand of supplemental oxygen tubing that isn't covered by Medicaid since the cannulas are much gentler on my nose & ears, but they won't arrive until May 27th b/c they were deemed "non-essential" 💀
Guess I'm stuck w/ the uncomfortable brand for 6 weeks 🙈
