Middle Evos get a lot of flack for be in bland compared to baby and final forms, and Quilava is kind of a prime example of why, not as cute as cyndaquil nor as cool as typhlosion
I gave them a design more in line with the personality of the rival Silver, angry, flashy, and edgy~

Togetic is another fine design, in fact the only reason I wanted to draw a potential redesign is because of Togekiss.
Evolutionary consistency Is a weird peeve of mine, and now togetic looks the odd one out, so I met both evos halfway!

Starting with Crobat! I do love the current design, tho I feel it seems unrelated to the evolutionary train of zu and golbats
I made Crobat more punk and scary looking, but due to them evolving via friendship I picture them being tough on the outside, sweeties on the inside!

Jynx is my most radical redesign; changing types from a ice psychic to an ice ghost, and turning from a racist caricature to a puffin based off the Yuki-oona yokai.
"The first JYNX was said to have been born from the broken heart of a widow who lived on the Seafoam Islands"

Magneton I'd aregue is one of the few Gen 1 designs that objectively isn't that great; its just three magnemite. I wanted to make it seem more like its later gen 4 evolution.
"Though Docile, MAGNETON seem to have odd behavior when alone, and become aggressive when confronted."

Nidoqueen was pretty much ok as it, but I wanted to make her AS threatening as Nidoking, making her chunkier and more intimidating.
"As a protector of the herd, NIDOQUEEN frequently are seen defending their pack, even leaving their mate when he is unable to fight for the pack."

Did some pokemon redesigns!! I plan to do 4 from every region, and maybe special cases here and there;
I don't mean this to really dump on any (most) of the designs, this was more a fun experiment!
