There was one more route we could check before headin' to the gym and thankfully we got a Machop from it! Considering my team all had type disadvantage and non-effective moves against rock types, this lil dude was much needed to beat Roark (which we did). Off to the next city.

We made it to Oreburgh City and did some training in the mines, picked up a friend along the way. Next up will be the first gym battle, hopefully we make it out alive...

Sidney joined. George accidentally killed a couple other potential team members before we stumbled upon this beaver. We should be approaching the first gym soon!

Next member of the team is Tecna! Nothing particularly crazy has gone on yet, we'll see if that changes as we continue to make our way to the first gym, which given our team's current composition, I'm a bit nervous for.

Taco joined the team after severely beating up George somehow so I don't think he left a very good first impression.

I don't have a switch and therefore ain't playin' the new pokemon soooo I'm doin' a diamond nuzlocke instead! This will be a thread of sorts cataloguing our adventures maybe?? Hopefully it doesn't go horribly wrong.

Some axolotl dragon lizard things I designed a while ago but only just remembered about today.
