I love this pained face better than that pretty poker face she's always portrayed, to show how much she's in constant pain because of the 2nd skin.

I tried to redesign Kai'sa but i focused more on the face since it's the first part a person would look at when they meet someone and Kai'sa is supposed to look like a monster at first sight but still human.
