Booker Down-Special: Return to Sender

Tapping Down & B negates damage from projectiles and builds up a mass of molten metal in Booker's hand. Holding Down and B launches the mass back at opponents. Damage is proportional to projectiles absorbed. Won't return physical attacks.

Booker Neutral Special (Long Press)

Holding down Special will manifest Booker's Vigor menu. A directional input after it loads will allow you to select one of six vigors.

Raziel shifts into the Spectral Realm and becomes intangible for a short period of time. He can shift back out of the Spectral Realm. Used in conjunction with his Glide, Raziel's otherwise poor disadv. would be manageable.

When Raziel has the Reaver and his opponent is within grab range, instead of entering the Devour Souls animation, he will enter the Feed Reaver animation, which will prolong the Reaver's duration before it dissapates.
