Four ways to make Mordenkainen’s #dnd demon princes and devil lords really frightening:
- Maximize hit points.
- Maximize damage or double damage dice.
- Replace “frightened” with short-term madness.
- Replace poison with acid.
- Add one legendary action per character above 4.
