to celebrate here's a drawing i made of red from the movie

king for another day's logo went through a number of iterations before settling on the final.

we wanted to incorporate some kind of "2" into the shape but the final one did not

fun fact: the text is spiked because of a glitch in photoshop which can make strokes on vectored text behave funny and "spike" out

so i just took that and, exaggerated it and rolled with it.

that technique even carries over to kfad 2 lmao

while i assisted with the key character art in many places, the only piece of key art i made entirely myself was the "nut" from slap the nuts

for kfad1's art style, i put heavy emphasis on brushstroke-like lines and dynamic posing. some of kfad1 artstyle's biggest inspirations are street fighter iv, super mario strikers and sonic riders

this is one of the earliest pieces of artworks produced for kfad1.
