Pretending to be a lady allowed Max to gain entry into the mansion of a trafficker, in order to put a stop to his evil ways (ala that part in FF7 where cloud dresses as a girl to gain entry into a brothel). However, Wallop can smell through that disguise too easily.

This is the "Good Bastards"/ GBs military force for the Loyalists in Qurie. There are a rotating section of members, but these are the reoccurring ones that Max usually gets paired up with for "tough" fights. They are the most loyal and well trained of the Knight's Military.
It's kinda amazing how there are so many gals who like this Warner dude. He knows how to entertain them with nice phrases like "Lovely lipstick, ladies! Lay them on my lengthy lower lord?" and he seems to get what he wants.
