Instead of reading Carmilla, I drew jewelry as a warm up. These are in part inspired by @bisoulovely ’s magical girl jewelry ( I’m absolutely buying her Kagome earrings when they’re available), so a Revue Starlight ring set: the two stars & 6 goddesses, and Flora/Claire

@myfriendarrie Um, I draw bangs using lots of little individual strokes to get the flow right and then block it in afterwards so it looks something like this (minus the arrows, those are for you). Then I’ll go back in and add any fluff or stray hairs and such

Karen: Hard because I don’t actually like a lot of Karen’s cards. My favorite is definitely Zorro, and I keep going back and forth on if I like Sherlock or d’Artagnan less. Think it’s probably Sherlock.

Fumi: Picking a favorite was a bit of a challenge, since I like quite a few of her cards. I love the colors in Benzaiten the most but I love her expression and pose in Tsu the Crane, so I’m including both. Least favorite is Angel’s Blessing.
