@Bunnybargle Honorable mentions for normal and special. Chipp 6H does 60 damage and in the right combos you can get like 3 or 4 of them. Genrouzan is a really slow airborne command grab thats also invincible to hits for like 30 frames and has a followup that catches jumps

@Bunnybargle Chipps c.S is +2, 4 frames and can be OSed with his throw. Alpha blade is a really air ok fast movement special that gives Chipp a lot of his strongest combos. Goku Moroha is an install super whose hit is +5 on block, invincible, and cancels from all her grounded specials
