I'm slowly getting back into drawing for myself, but, since I can't yet show any professional work, I drafted a quick original in the same style I have to do in work hours, both to show and to practice.
Pushing myself to be cleaner and mind my value grouping is teaching me a lot

The gig i'm working on right now have me paint without blending, and that totally forces me out of the comfort zone. I have to be really conscious of my value groupings and of shapes. It's really cool.

This one is not part of the gig, he's mine, just for practice
