Ok I'll start, I think she'll be a three Act stand (one that evolves with use) Stargazer (named after the Dio song of the same name). ACT I would be a remote stand in the form of a device that can scan any object for knowledge. Mostly non-combative, but will quickly evolve. (1/?)
